Terms — Centile

1. Product and eligibility

Centile provides educational height estimates, local measurement tracking and optional general-wellbeing guidance. It is intended for people aged 13 or older and for parents or guardians using it for or with a teenager.

2. Estimates, not guarantees

Family and personal results are estimates with stated uncertainty. They do not guarantee final height, diagnose a condition, recommend treatment or replace a qualified health professional.

Healthy-habit completion never changes predicted height and must not be interpreted as a growth, health or compliance score.

3. Safe use

Use the in-app guidance and stop conditions. Take growth, health, pain, dizziness, breathing, injury or emergency concerns to an appropriate qualified professional or emergency service. Centile is not an emergency or medical service.

4. Free use and Apple subscriptions

The family range remains free. A Centile Plus offer shows Apple’s local billed price, billing period, renewal treatment and included features before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Apple handles payment, subscription management and refund requests. You can manage a subscription or request a refund from Apple.

Deleting local app data does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancelling a subscription does not delete local app data. Restore affects eligible entitlement, not the local profile or measurements.

5. Local data and privacy

The privacy notice explains the local-data, device-sharing, Apple-backup and deletion boundaries. SLT Workshop Ltd cannot access, restore, correct or delete the on-device profile remotely.

6. Availability and changes

Features may change to correct errors, maintain compatibility, improve safety or meet platform and legal requirements. Availability can vary by device, iOS version, Apple storefront or territory. The website and app may occasionally be unavailable.

7. Consumer rights and contact
